Great place to stay with my family, plenty of places to eat in and around the hotel, parking is valet or self park for a fee but it’s kept safe in garage, we had an amazing view or the arch from our window. Very safe area. Plenty of electronics charging ports. They provide ice water all day for guests in lobby, very welcoming.

Awesome location! Arch view, 8th floor. We used the valet and it was great. Recommend Ruth Chris for all dining as the sports bar was subpar in our view. Room was very spacious and very nice to have a private bathroom area. Could use additional towel racks, maybe in the hallway. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Refrigerator did not work and no water pressure in shower but room was nicely updated and in a great location near arch. They handed out free popcorn and Starbucks lemonades in the lobby. Had golf carts to take us to the ballpark. We would definitely stay here again.

Brewhouse was great place to eat. The room was very clean. Only issue we had was that we'd either get too hot or too cold in the room with no heavier blanket/sheets getting sticky. We do wish parking was better instead of having to walk a block to get to the hotel from another parking garage.

The service was amazing. However, hallways were unclean, with anything from leftover room service to trash, bottle lids, things of that nature left within walkways. Hotel staff was friendly and accomodating from checkin to checkout. The room was excellent with the most beautiful view of the arch from room 1602. Highly recommend for any occasion. Despite there being no pool we still had a great time.
