WARNING
My stay at Nena was one of the worst experiences I've had to date, and ive traveled a lot.
Management was aware that they have had repeated flooding issues in the shower. I was not informed of this and I had to spend my saturday morning cleaning out the entire apartment to avoid water-damage.
When informing the property of this and requesting a chat with management I was told to meet them, no one showed up all day (I went twice)
I was also promised to have someone come fix the issue, noting. We had to pile up towels to be able to take a shower.
I then requested a refund and didn’t even recieve a reply.
At the end of the day I was happpy my stay was limited to two nights. I mostly feel for the poor girl working the reception as the management seems to be increadibly irresponsible and unresponsive.
I will issue a BIG WARNING for anyone considering this property and likely then also their other priperities due to the lack of management and oversight.
