We had a good stay at the Fairmont. Room was very clean and they provided nice amenities, ie. iron, steam machine, robes, umbrella (didn’t use). There is a beautiful lobby and all staff were very friendly. The only downside is that the room walls are paper thin. We could clearly hear our neighbors having a normal conversation. Fortunately they weren’t being loud at late night or too early in the morning.

Amazing corner room on the 10th floor of the tower. My daughters and wife and I had the best visit and we think this is the best hotel in SF! Great staff and so beautiful and full of history.

Enjoyed our stay, the room, and the holiday decorations. The welcome from the staff was what one would hope for, but seldom get. Truly nice and caring people from valet, luggage handlers, bartender, and waiter. These people made our stay wonderful and memorable.
