Superb value for a quality hotel with the city centre nearby and easily accessible on the tram or a reasonable walking distance.
Clean, friendly hotel with a superb buffet breakfast for just 10 euros pp.

No shower, no hotel bar
Had a room on the top floor, the layout of the bathroom was extremely odd, meaning there was no stand up shower, just a tiny bath and a hand held shower head. When I asked for a new room, they said everyone had already checked in (this was 6pm). As soon as they said this, someone entered the hotel to check in for that night, so it was a bold faced lie. The AC also never worked. The "bar" they have is not really a bar, more a fridge near reception that has one beer in, cant really claim to have a hotel bar here. The pool was also closed.

Overall ok
Overall not too bad . Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast very nice . Rooms nothing special nut adequate.
Main think that let this hotel down was no tea and coffee facilities and no free water .
Tram stops directly outside hotel but easily walkable to attractions too .

The front desk staff is unfriendly, racist, looks down on Asians, and when asked questions about hotel amenities, they respond in an unfriendly manner.
