Our stay was fantastic. I saw a few negative reviews about rude staff, but that was absolutely not true.
Our checkin process was very smooth, the rooms were huge (for NY standards), very clean, AMAZING water pressure for the showers, and very nice staff. Will 1000% stay here again.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable. I loved the size, comfort, and location of my room. The bathroom was fine but could use some renovation. The hotel service was very good.
What I did not like was the food and service at the restaurant. We ate there only one day while our room was being prepared, and it took a very long time for the food to arrive. The food was not good, and the price did not match the quality or flavor.

Easy check in. Brought a fridge immediately. Room was spacious and as advertised. There was an issue with getting the car from valet. But the manager was very attentive and brought us over and handled the situation immediately.
