I want to highlight the positive before the negative: they let me check into my room earlier than 2 pm. Now for the negative.
The phone number listed on the app for these folks is incorrect. This caused the person assisting me at my previous hotel to call around and no one knew anything. So I had to call the app and the representative had to email the property. The property then emailed me with a correct phone number.
When I got on the phone, the person blamed me for not being able to contact them, saying immediately my number was wrong. Interesting way to project your own failings onto the customer. Mind you, I don't even have a phone number to be reached at.
Then the person at the actual building itself was very rude to me, when we met she kept turning around and looking at me like "hurry up" as she went down stairs while I carried a full Osprey hiking pack and additional luggage. She did this multiple times instead of just taking the elevator or having a little patience with someone trying to descend stairs with all their belongings.
After all this, the Wi Fi information in the room was incorrect. When I relayed this info to the manager, she kept sending me the password, though the Wi Fi signal did not even show up on the list.
There is no 24-7 front desk, so I had to fix the problem myself. When she eventually said "I'm sending someone to help", I said I already fixed it. And she said "Good".
Constant rudeness, laziness, and disregard sums up my experience here.
