Regarding the shuttle from the airport, I understand that many other people who are sharing the same flight or arriving on other flights at the same time are also requesting the shuttle services. However, the hotel cannot wait indefinitely for every passenger to board the van. I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes for a passenger who never arrived. I believe it's reasonable to expect people to wait for 10 minutes, but 30 minutes is excessive. Additionally, I had to call the front desk three times because I forgot my toothbrush. This makes me question the hotel's customer service management. Furthermore, I noticed that a 10% tip was charged to my bill without my approval. While the hotel is very nice, I am very disappointed with the service.
