The Caravel is a first class hotel. Check in staff and porters were super helpful and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we have ever had. We had a superior room, two queen sized beds and lots of space. The bathroom was perfect with plenty of space and good quality shampoo and shower gel. There was also shoe shine & sewing kits.

we make a reservation for 3 bed room and you accept thi, you need to inform the clients that the rooms are not capable for an extra bed. When i ask why, they have told me,that you have a problem as a hotel with the 3 bed rooms, all thow that i have paid extra for that. The extra bed was so small that could not have a person to sleep over 1.70cms. When i told that to your staff, they was lughing saing that it is like that.
