Good not great. I’m used to a certain level of accommodation with the luxury resorts we normally frequent. Took a chance on this one, a Master Suite, but not a luxury resort.
Issues that bothered me:
room wasn’t ready on time, had to wait over 2 hours.
After 2 extra hours of “cleaning”, bed and pillows still stunk like sweat. Had to have them all swapped out.
Patio door rattled with the wind.
AC return vent rattled.
Toilet had low water pressure, multiple flushes required for everything.
Reservations required for “good” restaurants, but seating was limited and often, if you didn’t reserve a full day in advance, it could be a struggle. This took a day or two of learning curve and trying to eat the garbage at the buffet with 1000 people from both resorts to figure out a system that worked for us.
All inclusive is NOT. Beach club lounge beds had to be reserved and were extra charge if available. Some food was extra charge also.
As we learned the rules and spent a little extra money it was mostly OK, but if I book a Master Suite at an “all inclusive”, luxury or not, I expect a little more.
