Need to know upfront that this facility has no parking if you are pulling a trailer. Had to park a block away. Room was clean, the bed squeaked whenever you rolled over.

Nice place to stay after a long flight or drive.
First off I was okay with the price quoted on Hotel.com. The room was spacious and clean. I really enjoyed that there were ample electric outlets and usb ports for my cpap and to charge our electronic devices. One drawback was that they don't keep any cash and don't have an ATM on sight. The reason this was a problem was that I caught the last cab at the airport. It ended up costing me $45 to get to the motel. I don't have the Lift or Uber apps and don't know how to use them or if they would have been cheaper? And the cab driver would only use certain credit cards and they had to be tap cards. I really had to dig into my mad money to cover the tab. Now the hotel is in no way to blame for what the cab service charged me. But, It was disheartening to find out there was no ATM or way to get cash. I was panicing because I thought than I didn't have the cash to cover the cabbill.

bed bugs, told front desk, offered no resoution - the person most affected is pregnant - NOT ok!! front desk person at 4p/ish check in doesn't seem to care to be there, boardersline rude pool not open - did not know this prior no elevator, put on 2nd floor - with a pregnant lady - no notice of this during booking

Very disappointing room. Bathroom ok for one very small person… terrible for two adults. Wife is slightly mobility challenged and bathroom was almost impossible to deal with. Lighting was fine in the bathroom side of the room, but so dark on the other side we had to use flashlights from phones to find things in the suitcases. Room darkening curtains had vinyl peeling off letting light through the holes as well as lots of light underneath. Towels and shower were great.

The staff was friendly, bed and pillows decent, the room was clean. My only issues were no room safe, and the seal around the door was gone letting daylight through and a couple flies.
