10/10 Exceptional

Great location for Kew, we had a lovely stay.
Dan, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Comfortable bed, spacious room, the room was cool and drafty as they had a humidifier in the room which had gaps as it reached outside the room via the window which was odd. Staff are very nice, food was hot and tasty in the bar/ restaurant.

Perfect Location

Great stay and location was perfect for Kew the Music! Food was really good. Rooms were a bit dated and could use a refresh, although the bathroom was really nice with the added touch of toiletries. Staff very friendly.

Would come back again

Great stay at Kew Gardens. For the price the room and location are fantastic - was a great bonus to have the pub underneath when arriving after a long day

BRIAN, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Very good location for Kew Gardens. A very popular pub so expect a bit of noise until closing time. Public transport access really good. Will be staying again. Staff helpful.

Quaint hotel very close to Kew Gdns

It was just right for our needs, a one night stay so we could go to Kew Gdns and Hampton Court. Clean, good beds, good bathroom. Staff were super helpful and helped us with our several pieces of luggage up the stairs. Had a good restaurant at the front. Had a lovely stay!

A lovely stay in a perfect location

It was a lovely, clean room with a few charming period pieces (the desk was even a modified old Singer table sewing machine) and all the necessary comforts. I appreciated that the windows opened a bit, the curtains were blackout, and there were plenty of pillows. There location cannot be beat - easy walk to the train station, conveniences, and Kew Gardens.

Stay time and time again

Stay here every time I’m in London. The staff are amazing and the vegan pancakes are just *chef’s kiss*

10/10 Exceptional

Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the little town of Kew Gardens. Easily accessible to the sites of London, but nestled in a quiet, thriving residential neighborhood.
Lori, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

It was a decent stay. I was only there one night, so I didn't need much. The room was clean but over all average.

Very friendly and accommodating

Room was perfectly adequate, a little warm as it was at top with no air con but staff were very friendly and accommodating and offered a good full English breakfast, although It may be nice to have a continental option. Well placed hotel for Kew station
Jayne, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We were in room 18 at the top and the pillows were like folded up towels. Other than that was good.

Ideal for Krw Gardens

Booked this hotel as close to a Kew Garden visit short walk to Victoria entrance .. and very close to tube station from central London … has a bar & restaurant which was excellent… room was cozy, warm and clean .. would book again if in the area
Jackie, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

It's a quaint little hotel, nice size rooms, restaurant/pub downstairs, convenient to tube station and Kew Gardens. Friendly staff, good food. The room (8) needed another lamp in the corner and it needed a grab bar in the slippery tub/shower for safety. I would love to stay here again.
Howard, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Our stay was nice but there was a large cobweb in our bathroom, the decor needs some attention. The staff were extremely helpful and nice, food was nice just a bit cool .

8/10 Very good

Close to Kew Gardens. No lifts.
Michelle, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Nothing special but ideally placed

It’s okay, nothing lavish about the place but it’s ideally positioned a couple of hundred yards from the train station and about quarter of a mile from Kew Gardens. So if you’re attending something late at Kew and travelling in by train it’s a perfect place to stay the night
PHILIP, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The room was different from the picture shown on reservation. Smaller and ordinary. The place is noisy as many airplanes pass by to get to HTR and you can hear easily your neighbours throught the wall. The staff was very nice.
Jasmine, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Close to Richmond. Very simple basic room, missing a place where to put your tooth brushes
Matthias, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great location

Disappointed the room wasn't like the executive room on the site. King bed was single beds pushed together. Tired decor. It seemed more of a pub with rooms. Lunch at the restaurant was very nice. Great location for walking to Kew. Friendly staff.
Tina, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

The room was dirty. Cracked cups. Windows old and rotten and couldn’t close. One window cracked. Hole in the bathroom door. Foreign objects in the bed so I slept on the towels. No air conditioning only a noisy fan. Plastic hose on that was broken. Curtains ripped and wouldn’t close properly. Coffee and tea offered in keep warm jugs at breakfast . No decaf. Plastic glasses for juice. I couldn’t order egg on toast I had to have salmon egg and toast. I had to ask for hot water to make my own decaf tea. I will not stay again. I was expecting more for a superior room and £160. Plus 12 pounds for the salmon breakfast
