Everything was amazing but when I signed up online to book my rooms, all it said in there was pet friendly. It did not ask if I had a pet or how many or what but I was charged $25 a night and they would not take that off since I was not informed at the time That part disappointed me and I would not book online anymore. The manager was rude and short otherwise everything was beautiful. The employees were awesome. The cook was very friendly and amazing and he would go out of your way for you and very sociable. Not what we paid for
This review is about hotels.com not the hotel itself as we booked our stay thru hotels.com
My Family and I booked a hotel for our yearly trip to Green Bay for Family night. We paid $342+ tax for what was supposed to be a 1 bedroom suite. When we got to our room it was a crappy regular room with 2 double beds. We had 2 adults and 3 kids. No other rooms available at our hotel or any hotel near by and all the hotel could offer was a roll out bed free of charge. The hotel itself was outdated and not very clean but the manager did what she could even tho it was not the hotel that screwed up. When we contacted Hotels.com all they could offer us was a $100 credit to our account. My wife told them it was not good enough and demanded a Supervisor. A couple days later they told my us they would give us the $100 credit and reach out to the hotel and refund us the difference of what we paid for versus the room we got. Today they tell my wife they are unable to get us a refund. First off, I am in Customer Service myself and the Customer Service representatives we spoke with aren't even in the US and are only authorized on behalf of Hotels.com to issue a maximum of $100 credit to a hotels.com account. Can't even get a hold of an actual employee or manager of hotels. Com that can handle escalations. We paid good money for something we did NOT receive and will not settle for anything less than what is fair. We have booked over 2 dozen rooms with hotels. Com over the years but never again.

Not up to anyoneโs standard.
Mattress pad was too small for bed. When checking for bed bugs (we always do), we noticed a badly stained mattress and very old queen size, or twin size mattress pad in poor condition and upside down. The furniture was tattered. Damage to moldings in entry way obvious. This property appeared neglected. When asking for consideration, gm said, โ I am powerless as you booked through a third partyโ. We will not stay again.

We usually love these hotels..this one was a def let down :( checked in, and no one said the pool was down. They then told us (3 kids) it would be up...to call back down.. We called repeatedly..and nope.. it will not be opened for our stay. So, no pool at all...dissapointed kids :(

The first room they gave us smelled like wet dog when you first opened the door, so we requested a different room. The second was better. The hotel and rooms could use some updating. We would stay there again but only under certain circumstances.

Positives :Great location and close to gas station, shopping and restaurants. Staff was overall friendly.
Negatives : After we checked in at the front desk and arrived to our room the door was open and they were still cleaning it. Unsure why they checked us in, if our room was not cleaned and ready. We arrived after the listed check-in time.
The breakfast area was not clean and appeared neglected by staff. The garbage was overflowing and there was food all over the counters and tables.

Was a very nice room. Area was safe. Near restaurants and the expressway.
