Our check-in and check-out were good. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok. We did enjoy our stay. The hotel is having construction completed outside. The building is old but rooms are remodeled.

We don't travel often, so operating some of the hotel features (e.g. climate control unit, large screen television) was challenging for us. We appreciated the staff's patience in guiding us through to comfort. It was a surprisingly peaceful stay in a busy urban area.

Perfect for our needs!
Good location if you're going in for a surgery nearby. Its an upscale Super 8 if you will. Large refrigerator and a microwave. Breakfast was continental style but adequate. Beds were comfortable but towels were rough. If you want room cleaned ask the day before. All in allwe would stay there again.

Definitely a low cost option that’s worth the stay
The room was very clean, I’m a little OCD so the bathroom could have been a bit better. I found long hairs on some of the towels and shower walls. Front desk reception was kind (I think her name was Hailey) and when I left my Starbucks cup and jacket behind they were kind enough to ship it to me. Joe couldn’t have been nicer and once received everything as packaged with care and so neat!! I have to come back in a couple weeks for business and will be staying here again. Also SUPER close to the Scottsdale Quarter for great shopping and food options.

This was NOT a great experience. Did I feel safe? No. Was the room clean? No. Did my teenage son get traumatized by a coroner coming to remove a dead body? Yes. Did management care or try to be discreet while removing said dead body? No. Did management respond in a timely fashion to discuss the issues? No. Will I ever recommend this hotel to anyone? No.
