The best location in Matsuyama
The location of this hotel is the best in Matsuyama. Close to the Okaido shopping mall, with Mitsukoshi Department store, and to Matsuyama Castle. Very quiet at night. Clean room and good service. The breakfast buffet is excellent with good view of Matsuyama city.

Wish parking was simple like Osaka with turntable and self parking but this is just a wish. Parking was cheaper outside then at hotel was expecting parking to be included in price otherwise would have parked at lot right behind goe cheaper. Maybe I missed that when reserving hotel that there was a charge.

So there is a lounge bar on the 14th floor. Costs 700 yen to sit and drink 1200 yen beers. You can get the samebeer in an izakaya for 199 yen 50 metres away. Can a hotel be pretentious? The room was pretty standard and the staff tried hard, but just felt a bit weird.

Tortally, I had a pleasant time at this hotel,but in term of parking,there was misunderstanding between the front staf and me. My friend just parked at the parking lot yesterday for 3 hours, which was available free 2 hours parking service to have dinner together,but at the checking out today, the staf seemed that I had parked there all night, he requested to pay the fee to me. I explained the situation. That was only the thing I was disappointed.
