Not a pleasant stay
We stayed here before and after our trek. After, the lady running the place offered laundry service. However, she kept delaying when it was going to be finished. We gave her one load to do but clearly it was mixed with other clothing. The next morning, she was no where to be found and we were scrambling to find all our articles of clothing with the help of the lady who makes breakfast (who was very sweet). Worse of all, when the lady was called over, she seemed upset that I was bothering her to find all of my clothing before leaving. Many other places have much friendlier people running their hostels and actually seem to enjoy the hospitality business. Not the case here. Room was unfinished. Shower door was broken. Unfortunately this place needs improvement. The facilities have good potential.

Hotel and reception needs improvement
We stayed in room #8 and it was clearly not finished. Other rooms had a TV while ours had wires hanging from the wall. The sink area was not finished. When it is complete, it will probably be nice. Attention was paid to decorations. Bed was comfortable and heating was good. We also found hair on the bed so better cleaning is needed. Not very friendly lady who runs the hotel. It seemed we were bothering her. The lady who makes breakfast is really nice and accommodating. Also, we were charged in Chilean Pesos at a price that ended up being $10 USD over the quoted price we reserved on Hotels.com. We didn't notice this to later as we were in a rush to catch our bus. With some work, this place could be lovely.

Good value for the price
Noisy and dated room, although with good management and breakfasts. This was the cheapest private room with private bath I could find in Puerto Natales, so I guess you get what you pay for (although the management was very pleasant and the breakfasts good!).

Un buon ostello che consiglierei, ambiente giovane e pulito, servizi eccellenti, peesonale accogliente e premuroso, camere ok apparte qualche approssimazione nei bagni. Unico neo che avevamo prenotato per due notti e la prima notte al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che la camera a causa di un problema con expedia non c'era e ci hanno gentilmente prenotato da un altra parte per la prima notte dicendo che sulla seconda notte non ci sarebbero stati problemi. La se condannato notte invece, recati sul posto, risultava cancellata la prenotazione ma per fortuna c'erano delle camere disponibili e abbiamo pernottato comunque li. Insomma sulle prenotazioni un bel po' di casino

Cosy place with wonderful staff
Yaganhouse was amazing. We were made to feel welcome from the very second we walked through the door and Francisco and Paulina went above and beyond to help us. We had a baggage disaster (thanks Iberia) and they both made lots of phone calls for us to try to resolve the situation and obviously genuinely cared (unlike Iberia!) The hostel itself is really cosy and a lovely place to base yourself before and after a tough trek. Rooms were clean and warm. Breakfast was good too.

Eco Friendly Well Furnished Hostel
Amazing place to stay for a few days before the park. Very clean, with a great living and kitchen area. Private rooms available, with private bathrooms. Great for luggage storage while in the park, and for laundry after!

Walkable location in central area with supermarket and restaurant facilities within a few blocks or metres away. Nice ambience with wooden interiors and textiles and artwork. Knowledgeable and committed management and staff. Room was comfortable and clean, with contemporary barhroom and hot water. Would be handy to have some wall hooks and shelves for clothes and stuff. good round trip tour to El Calafate and glacier booked through hotel, with useful option to jump out in El Calafate as a one way trip.

Great place to visit the city and the TDP park
Great and friendly staff. Extremely helpful also for organization to go to Torres Del Paine park. We can highly recommend this place. It is nice and clean. In the middle of the center of puoerto Natales. Breakfast is rich and tasty.

Bei unserer Ankunft war das gebuchte Doppelzimmer nicht verfügbar und wir mussten die erste Nacht in einem Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten schlafen. Am nächsten Tag konnten wir in das Zimmer mit dem Doppelbett umziehen. Dafür haben wir einen Rabatt von 15 US Dollar erhalten. Das Yaganhouse ist sehr sauber und hat freundliche Mitarbeiter, das Frühstück ist auch wirklich nett gemacht! Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man Kann prima dort kochen.

La reserva y pago aceptados para hotel que se encuentra sin funcionar y en Mantencion, no son capaces de avisar la situación a tiempo ni solucionarlo. Además lo que se publica NO EXISTEN: habitaciones que se promocionan, el precio y menos el confort y tranquilidad que se busca al viajar. Favor no publicitar ni generar falsas espectativas a los turistas, además de generar un problema mayor de encontrarse con no tener dónde alojar, sino de cómo recuperar el dinero cancelado
