This property is right in the heart of Time Square. The area is noisy and loud and a sensory overload experience! However, we could hear none of it in our room, so it was a great location to experience the city. Especially since we were there to experience the theatres and attend shows. Was super convenient for dining and theaters. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And our room was very large by NY standards. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future!

The property is literally located at Times Square, so if that's where you want to be, this is your place. I loved the proximity to Broadway shows. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. The only drawback was that some things seem to need updating/repairs, but those were more minor things. Having more access to plugs for charging phones and laptops in the room would have been great. We didn't do the breakfast as the cost was too high for us, but it did look like it was good.
