Arrived and was able to park in the handicapp space outside. I was not informed that there was parking in tower level of the building. This became uncomfortable when we laft to go to dinner. Upon our return, had to park a distance away from the main entrance.
Although there was both, a free breakfast and drink and chips hour, I could not locate a ramp to the atrium where this was available and there was no indication thqat room service could assist.
In addition, although there was supposed to be an ice maker on the floor the only one working was on the fifth floor. The refrigerator stopped working and so did the air conditioning. Reported to the maintenqance personel and received no response.
The next morning, my spouse needed an iron which was not in the room. It took one and one half hours to receive the iron which made her late for the free breakfast,
It took twent-five minutes to check out as there was only one clerk at the reception area doing both checks and check outs.
I've been to other Hilton Embassy suites and had never had anything bad to say, however, this stay may play a determinative action in future reservations.
