The hotel was located on a quiet side street, close to the Metro, which was handy. The upkeep of the hotel was okay, fine for the cheaper side of Paris accommodation. Our double room was an okay size, as was the bathroom - nice enough. The corridors on the floors are very slim, so you can hear guests coming and going as the doors are so close together (luckily we didn’t have any noisy neighbours, but the rooms are definitely not ‘sound proof’ as described).

I stayed here with my family for 5 days. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The place was well-maintained and clean. The breakfast was great and good enough before heading out to check the city. The location is near the shopping mall, metro, bus station, and supermarket. Our experience was amazing! We had a small double room with a view of the brick walls of the train station but honestly we just stayed at the hotel to rest and sleep we didn’t need a good view, the staff was very friendly and it was clean! No rug floors in the rooms which is awesome! The water in the bathroom tasted like chlorine but they had a water supply machine for free usage with bottles down in the lobby which was nice! Breakfast was fine, I would love to see at least one or two vegan options on the plates cause as a vegan I could only eat the potato-smashes round things and maybe the fruit I think…and like applesauce but overall it was nice and acutally very cutely arranged!

When we check in, we are assigned room 1 on the ground, but it is too noisy at night, for it is near the train station. After we give this feedback, the staff is really nice to assign another room for us, the only problem is the new room has a pit on the ground, and if not careful, it will be easy to fall down, but much better than the 1st one. As for transportation, it is good, since Europe station is nearby, and it is easy to find a grocery. It lives up to my expectation on a 3-star hotel in Paris.

Excellent location and comfortable for the price. Very quiet at night as it's away from any main drag.Except for one girl who was lovely, the reception staff couldn't really care less about you. Our room was only cleaned once in 5 days and even then I had to request it. Breakfast was good but the mood of the staff depended upon who was working. One couldn't do enough for you and the other one thought she was doing you a favour. A couple of gripes but I would still stay there again.

Good , but …

Overall experience was good for what we paid. We expected the hotel to have view on Tour Eiffel as the pictures show. But unfortunately it hadn’t. Rooms were smaller than they appeared in the pictures. But we enjoyed the room with the balcony. The area was a bit far from all the busy areas, but great next to carrefour and rome merto station. Area is very calm in general. The hotel has a nice terrace on gf for a morning coffee. Staff was good in general. I suggest this hotel, but make sure to select the right room size and location.
