Amazing stay !
This is one of the best hotel in the middle of the old Quarter. The front desk managers and staff are well trained. You feel like at home . Everything in the hotel is clean from the lobby to the room. Lovely and warm people. Amazing stay
Stayed here for 5 days and it was perfect, the staff arranged a seamless pick up and drop off at the airport for us and they were always so friendly and kind. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet which after the chaos of the streets of Hanoi is a nice relief. Breakfast was included and lots of varied options and very attentive staff again. The location was great too, around a 5 minute walk to the scenic hoan kiem lake area right in the centre. If we are ever back in Hanoi we would definitely stay again, thank you!

Good Location, Great Service and Amazing Breakfast
My husband and I stayed for the first night of our honeymoon at Anatole. Our flight to Hanoi was delayed into the early hours of the morning and the Anatole staff took care of us with an airport pickup and helpful attention when we arrived. The breakfast is AMAZING! All of the staff are very attentive and kind. The room is very clean (we got a basic room and it was tiny but it worked) and the shower had great water pressure and got very hot. The location is top notch. Literally around the corner from the church, lots of shops and spas and about a 10 minute walk from the lake.

We experience a bit of noise coming from the street into our room. The 3 boys and young girl on the roof top bar area were very professional and nice to communicate with. They made the time spent up their very enjoyable. one of the girls at the deck area was very professional and helpful. My wife and I very much enjoyed out stay with you.
