Best hotel at Susukino area
They have a nice room with bath tub (it's imporatant in cold weather). The size of the room was enough for me, although I would recommend a bit bigger room for more than two suitcases.
They give you amenity at the 2nd floor, which also is a restaurant for breakfast and bar at night. They'll give you 3 coins per night for every person. You can use'em at the bar.
They don't seem to have room service, however its extremely amazing location can cover it. You can find almost every best restaurants in each menu within ten minutes by walk. Also at the 1st floor, there's Seico mart with pretty big size.
B1F is connected to the underground shopping mall continued to the Sapporo station directly.
The only thing that might be difficult is in case of car rental. They don't seem to have parking space (but this might be the same situation for most of the hotels nearby.)
