varmen virkede ikke på værelset, ikke godt i oktober måned, hotellet er meget nedslidt, værelserne lignet noget fra en genbrugs forretning og sengens madrad er en standard boks madras. Badeværelset er under normalt niveau og et meget arrogant personale. Skal man sige noget positivt, deres scrambled æg er godt men bestemt ikke noget der kan holde deres 4 stjerne oppe som de reklamere med

La habitación bien acondicionada con terraza y muy limpia. El desayuno muy bueno con fruta de temporada, café, embutidos de buen género. La ubicación ideal, a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de tren y con buenas conexiones para ir hasta el corazón de San Marcos. Sin duda, lo recomiendo.

Our stay was very enjoyable; the staff was very, very helpful and always there to answer questions. Breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed the outdoor garden terrace for breakfast. I would recommend reserving an upgrade to the standard room as the bathroom had a lot of mold on the tiles.

The front desk was not that helpful nor were they particularly polite. They also claimed that we had two reservations and charged us twice. Obviously, we will dispute this. The error may have been initiated with Hotels.com but there is no way the hotel had the right to charge me directly. If you have an allergy for milk, don't count on getting a coffee at breakfast. Milk is dispensed through the same spout as the coffee. I asked the staff if they had an alternative and was not accommodated.
