When called to book room was told they had 24hr airport shuttle but when arrived they do not. Place needs some tlc all around. When asked for some help from front desk she was nice asked the manager but he was unwilling to help.

Smelly and ran down
The rooms are dirty and not well-lit with lighting options. The pool hours were a bummer because we wanted to sim and never could do to it closing too early. The breakfast was minimal. You guys need to put some money and fix little things to make it not look so terrible. It's a room if you're on a budget, but It's not a nice hotel at all!

Wonโt stay there again
First room I was given had a broken toilet seat and the TV didnโt work. I waited 20 minutes to check in even though there were two persons working the desk. One was working and the other was just ignoring everyone. They also spoke in their native tongue to each other which seemed unusual and unreasonable.

The staff were very un professional they did not communicate within each other the front desk person let a complete stranger check me out of my room and gave them my deposit all while i was at work when i got back to the room i couldn't get in my door was locked and they refused me any service i never received any of my belongings back which was top dollar thing's and centaimal belongings to me i definitely took a major lost amd mad abiut my things after all that they called security on me while i was on the phone with thier cooperate trying to see what could be done and how we could get things fixed they threatened to taz me and mace if i didn't get off the phone and walk out their property then they threatened to call the poilce on me for not cooperating and asking questions for my concerns of my reservations and belongings needless to say i never got the help the answers or my belongings nor my 150 deposit and refund for that day even after i left their building thry had their security driving around me following me harrasing me and etc... i woukd never recommended this place to anyone mean whike im in the mist of starting a law suit

Twice during my one night stay hotel staff used their keycard to enter my room while I was in it. The first time was housekeeping (who said to me that she wasnโt told the room was occupied) coming to clean the room. The second time was the front desk clerk and security guard coming in to look for an item the previous occupant left behind. If the room had been cleaned prior to my check in why was housekeeping coming in to clean it and why is someone coming in to get an item that was left behind? Also, the only security camera I saw on the property was in the stairwell above a very poorly cleaned large what I can only assume blood stain. You definitely get what you pay for with this property. Also, they advertise that they have transportation to the airport but I was initially told they were having maintenance issues with their shuttle. Later on I was told it was an issue with the pick up/drop off at the airport. I understand that things happen but make sure you get your stories straight if you are going to lie to guests or just stop advertising shuttle service.

Stay safe
Staff let themselves into our room no knock, no warning, also got hurt at 6pm. Still donโt know who it even was but they had a key to my room. Front desk didnโt do anything. Didnโt offer anything. Breaks fast is also DISGUSTING. Just donโt waste your money.

They gave me a hard time about having a service animal. Then my airport shuttle I scheduled for 4 am was not available when I checked in, so I had to use Uber.

Poor Security and No Customer Care
My car was broken into while staying here, and the hotel did not notify me or offer any support. They had my contact and vehicle information, and I was told by an employee that they were aware of the incident because he had reported it. They have a security vehicle on-site, but clearly, itโs not effective. No one from the hotel reached out to apologize or check on the situation. I would not recommend staying here if you value the safety of your vehicle.

Never Again Wingate (Read Before You Book)
First Off they did not have the A/C on in 100 degre weather so I was sweating before I could checkin. There were a lot of hidden fees and they held money for incidentals on my card. They cancelled my airport shuttle the day of my return flight which was the only reason I considered this hotel and apparently they cancell alot of the airport shuttles once they get your money so I had to pay for a return shuttle out of pocket. My tv remote did not work. I will pay the extra for a nicer reliable hotel next time.
