Hotel was good but problem with first hotel taxi charging £40 euros for 3 and half mile trip to stadium and after showing on Q code about booking trips and seeing trip to Pompei and wine testing for 84 euros booked it only to be told price was really 145 euros per person and mistake was child’s price was advertised by accident. As my wife had loved to go to Pompei we booked trip but I didn’t think till now how could there have been a child’s price for wine tasting.

Nice hotel. However, I was led to believe the hotel was close to the airport. It is at least 20 minutes from the airport. I did not realize this hotel was so far away from the city center of Naples. It costs €100-€120 take a taxi into Naples. This hotel does provide you a beautiful view of you with a beautiful view of the sea, including a beautiful view of the island of Capri.

The hotel is in a beautiful location. We did not receive a free shuttle to the airport or wifi (after requesting it 3 times). There was a private function just under where our room was that played loud music until midnight. Too bad their customer service was so bad this could have been an amazing hotel. I would never recommend anyone to book here.
