I was impressed by both the value and the service provided at this budget hotel. Martin checked us in and was friendly and hospitable even though we arrived so late. The room was cleaned every day, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The location is outstanding, with great restaurants, cafes, and metros nearby. Will definitely book the Ibis Budget Potsdamer Platz when I return to Berlin!

Water pressure wasn’t great either. There could also be more choices at the breakfast, but it was complementary. I think they tried to find things to justify the word ‘budget’ in the name such as decorating rooms like a hospital ward and providing pathetic tiny pillows and wafer thin duvets.
