Hmm where do I start reservation cancelled at 430 am unbeknownst to me, so upon arrival I wasn’t able to check in. Hotel staff was very unhelpfu, didn’t even attempt to offer a solution. When I asked if I could just book directly, he attempted to charge me double the fee for a 1 night stay 114.99 plus 114.99 . The Hotels.com support was even worse also not offering a solution nor attempting to solve the problem but keep mentioning they could relate to my situation, that was laughable. It’s literally 430 in the morning, I’m 3 hours from home and stranded out a hotel . Be for real, and to this day they have still not followed up about this very recent incident. Shameful .
