All the staff we encountered were very friendly and most helpful. The pillows were really comfortable. Had to wait a while for the water in the shower to get warm, and the high pressure coming through the small shower head holes hurt your skin when it hit you. Other than that, good stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. Every staff member was kind and helpful. The entire weekend was wonderful. I highly recommend the Palmer House for your stay in Chicago.
