Stayed here on 3 occasions now, but won't again I'm afraid.
Since changing from Millennium Copthorne to The Stamford Bridge, it has dropped it's standards. And although at reception we were told we had a " complimentary upgrade", room 1412 was at the rear of the hotel, overlooking railway lines ( if you could see them through the filthy windows), the room size was good, and bathroom good as well, but "tired".
On returning to our room the first full day there, the housekeeping had not been carried out, no replenishment of tea/coffee/ milk etc, no toilet rolls.
When we called reception, we were told we had to REQUEST housekeeping, nothing about this was mentioned when we checked in.
Great location, but hampered by a drop in standards and not informed fully by staff on arrival.
Looking for somewhere else in London for May 25, ( our next visit) as this is no longer as nice as it was.
