I booked this on hotels.com which usually has been good. The reviews were 10 out of 10 about three of them. I don’t know who would’ve put them down, but when we pulled up, I was concerned and so I asked the staff and the front room desk was in a room That was under renovations and I asked them if the room we were getting was renovated. He told me I was getting his premier renovated room when we walked in. There were there was a bug crawling on the bed. There were bugs crawling on the windowsill beside and on the heater there was a fake eyelash, stuck to the wall, all kinds of damage Baseboards, filthy bathroom, mouldy we could not stay there. It was not clean at all.

The exterior and the bars on the front doors make the place look worse than it it. The rooms are clean and recently renovated but the hallway has a musty aroma of deodorizer mixed with marijuana. The room was good; we were located above the restaurant and it was nice and quiet so we did not hear noise from the bar.

The manager was nice and accommodating. The rest of the staff are super sketchy and unhelpful. My was stuck in their parking lot and they refused to clear their snow. There’s a casino downstairs with lots of the towns sketchy people. Definitely will not be staying there again

Surprisingly nice, modern room. Staff very good. Bed okay. Room had ? Smoke smell even though rooms are non-smoking. Location was not bad. Grocery right across road. Chicken restaurant main floor. No elevator and as all rooms are upstairs it was hard on my broken foot. Window AC unit not great. Room was quiet.

We had a good first night, great good with soaker tub, hair dryer on the wall, queen bed, a smart TV with netflix, over all a nice room. The next morning we showered and left to visit family for the day. When we returned to the hotel at the end of the day, looking forward to a soak in the tub, then a coffee and movie on Netflix, to find our room has been rented to someone else. Our clothes and food in the fridge were still in the room. The lady opened the door, after her daughter woke her up because we were at the door. She said she was given the room in the morning. The guy offered another, which we took, and it was not a good tub, no hair dryer, basic TV with limited cable. We ended up spending the night making sure all our stuff was there. Not a good experience, and not going back.

The room itself was ok, i mean you get what you pay for. Check in was weird, you check in at the bar where the bartender checked me in. He was unprofessional in general. It seemed like it was such a chore to do his job. While i was standing in the bar checking in i was wearing a dress and the bar seemed very "sketchy" and everyone was eyeing me up in a super uncomfortable way.. very dive barish but not in a good way. I booked online and for what ever reason i wasnt in their system so he asked for proof, i showed him my email from expedia so he gave me my room key. The hotel was outside the bar theough a locked brown door and up the stairs. The room was ok it has working AC and seemed clean. We brought our dog with us and we would always have to take her out for a pee and it always felt unforgettable as the bar brought in a super sketchy rough housing crowed. I wouldnt stay here again.
