Excellent location for French Quarter and getting round N O. Comfy bed, good facilities, iron and board appreciated. Slightly disappointed that coffee pods and makeup wipes were not replenished during 3 night stay and WiFi in room was poor on occasion. However overall the pluses outweighed the minor inconveniences and we’d stay there again. Staff all lovely!!

I was upgraded upon check-in. The room I stayed in was a decent size, located on a higher floor, and away from the elevator. It was very quiet and had a nice view of the street. Additionally, it had a rustic/industrial vibe. The bed was comfy, and I had no trouble falling asleep. The fitness center was small but had everything I needed—including two Peloton bikes. What a surprise! Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

An experience that makes you feel like family

The location is great. Just a couple minutes walk away from all the hustle and bustle of bourbon Street but far enough away for the area to be nice and quiet for a good night sleep. And a 5 minute walk to all the fun. Would like to mention their excellent staff. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and part of their family. The room was always clean and well stocked.

It’s a good central location. Close to Canal street and the transit. Disappointed that staff don’t acknowledge you when you enter the hotel each time. Beds were very comfy and the shower was really nice. If bugs freak you out then be warned, this hotel has cockroaches. Big ones!
