Staff was courteous, friendly and very helpful. Facility was quiet, clean and quite beautiful. Room was comfortable, though the one issue was that there was a Dunkin' bag with trash and leftover pastry (assumably from previous guest) in plain view on the desk.

Perfect location
Stayed here for 1 night during our visit to Philly. Perfect location, the hotel is located by loads of shops. The room was small but perfect for what we needed. The lounge/reception area was very modern, more modern than the rooms. The provide discounted parking at a nearby car park which was handy as the price was high. Only downside… we couldn’t find a safe in our room to put important documents which would be needed if staying for a long time.

We very much enjoyed our week long stay here. Staff was super nice, rooms were tidy and quiet. Easy walk to downtown or the art museums. Nice variety of shops. Very close to our favorite gluten free bakery! Will be back!
