Dark room good location, customer satisfaction bad
Close to the downtown and casino. Tried to use the business centre due to the fact that I have a 9:00 p.m. zoom conference call. Business centre not available which was surprising. The room was very dark so had to consolidate the lights unplugged from one area to the desk area. Also when checking out could not use one of the 12 luggage carts that the bell desk said could only be used. Not overly friendly to the consumer. The room ok but dated.

The stay was excellent, until a loud noise woke us up at 6am (saw a sewer cleaner in the entry driveway when we checked out, so it was probably that) and someone started drilling somewhere at 7am. Had breakfast on the 33rd floor restaurant facing the falls, so that was a treat. Overall a nice relaxing break
