The high cost seems to be a function of the location rather than of the quality of the rooms, which seem to be only slightly above standard Marriott rooms

So peopel would be banging on the roof at 9am, the lockers in the pool/hot tub area didnt work and the area around the outside portion of the hot tub was surrounded by construction.
