Amazing stag at Les Monts d'Arbois. Service was great especially the shuttles to go the nearby ski lift or city center. The swimming pool is beautiful and great after a ski session. The hotel is very kid friendly and they loved the kids club room. The room (suite Edmond) is large and nicely decorates with a modern twist on the chalet style.

Fantastic place with excellent service. The considerate service is fantastic - they are extremely helpful. The chalets themselves are great - clean, comfortable, great amenities. Shuttle serice operated by the hotel takes you anywhere and picks you up within 15 mins. They have a partnership with the ski shop on the slopes where you have a VIP separate room, lockers, and outstanding service. One word of advice - the pool (indoor plus outdoor) is heated, but it’s not jacuzzi-temperature. Overall fantastic stay and we are very grateful to the staff for all their care and attention, it really makes a huge difference!

A week before we arrived we received an email stating that since Oct the hotel was no longer associated with For Seasons resorts. The staff was totally untrained & unprofessional. The breakfast resturant was a total mess as far as the help. We were shown to our room by a girl that did not know where the lights or temperature control was. The management was basically non-existent.

Superb customer service, the entire staff is super friendly and helpful. The Chalets are updated, clean, and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing. Very close to the Mont d'Arbois gondola. They have a free shuttle service into town, which came in very handy. Looking forward to my next visit. The only negative was the 3 pm check in.
