Lovely 4 night stay at the Leonardo Royal. The room was spacious and bed really confortable. The room also had with a good selection of teas and coffees wuth flavoured water and snacks freely available in reception.

Triple rooms have 3
The hotel was very nice staff friendly and helpful.
The one complaint would be , we are a group of 3 but the room only had 2 mugs 2 towels etc had to ask for more then the next day had to explain again and wait for more to be brought. If the room is a triple I expect the room to be set for 3 not 3

Unexpected fees and building site
Unexpected parking charges on arrival. Bed so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. Room was next to a noisy building site that I was not made aware of before check in.

The location was great for going to Oxford. Breakfast also has a variety of options. The room was good although think would need a touch up since the carpets already had some stains.
Overall would have been nice. The only thing was that they charged me twice!
I already paid through hotel.com but when I put my details in to pay for parking, they also charged me for another two nights.
Tried calling them and they said theyโd call me back but didnโt. Tried emailing too but nobody responded. Had to contact my bank to tell them to reverse the payment (itโs still being investigated).

Food was very average. Room was up a flight of stairs no lift. Staff were not really interested in helping at all
