Mixed feelings about this hotel. The room was nice and the bathroom lovely. The bed was very comfy and the choice of pillows great. Staff were super friendly, especially the girl that checked us in.
However, the main thing -a good night's sleep- evaded us. The room, at 22 degrees, was too hot to sleep in. The air-cooling system simply cannot cool the room down to an appropriate sleeping temperature. We asked for help several times and got various tips, including opening the window, which wasn't an option due to the traffic and the building site across the road. Other guests complained too. The excuse that Copenhagen doesn't have so many warm days is just not acceptable.
And btw, Hotels.com lists it as having air-conditioning, not air-cooling.
