Staff top notch, breakfast was good with a nice variety of items.

Pool and hot tub were closed and not very clean even if they were open. Rooms smelled of old cigarette smoke, and the AC didn’t stay on - had to get up multiple times at night to turn back on. Not worth the expensive price! If possible try to book somewhere else!

The rooms and common areas were very run down for what I’d consider the the standard at Comfort Inn. The breakfast was not good either. Eggs were very bland, biscuits were too hard.

Hot tub broken.. facility was dirty. Standing water on carpet and near elevator. Carpet in hall and room was wet… leaking ceiling over shower. Hole in bathroom door.

My family (two adults and two kids) came to Wichita for a badminton tournament and stayed at this hotel for the whole week. The room is large and it’s confortable for 4 persons. The staff are friendly and helpful! The breakfast choice is limited but comparable with other hotels.

The bathroom was not ventilated and the steam from the shower was overwhelming. The shower rod was not assembled correctly and water would escape to the floor. The bathroom looked like they just painted over poor construction. They did not clean our room from day 1 to day 2. When I went to get more towels from the front desk and told them that they did not clean our room, the person acted surprised but never asked what room. The breakfast was your typical free breakfast food that was simply heated up. The first morning, they could not keep things stocked up and we had ask to for multiple things. We have stayed in Wichita many times and typically stay at a cheaper hotel ($60 per night cheaper) and their facilities and cleanliness were much better.

The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. For the cost of the room, I was not impressed. The ring around the toliet was cracked and rusted. The room messed musky. The door to room did not seal or fit correctly. There was little coming in all around it. You had to slam it shut. The handle was super loose. The main reason I booked this hotel was for the hot tub which was out of order. I would stay there again, not for how much I said for it
