Stay away
This is definitely not a 5 star hotel, after all stay of 1 week, a couple + 2 toddlers
The good: food- the chef is working hard to keep the guests pleased, salt water pool, proximity to the beach
The bad: the hotel is outdated. The rooms are very outdated and so is the maintenance- during shower the drain is overflowing and foul smell fills the bathroom(when I told it to the receptionist- the answer I got was that thatโs the way the plumbing is and there is nothing to do about it), cleaning level is bad- I especially placed an empty cup under the table on day one and it was still there by the end of our stay, balcony had a wasp nest and nothing was done about it too. Absolutely no entertainment for kids, pictures of the hotel show a playground- IRL I would give them a tetanus shot after playing there- filthy and unmaintained. animation crew was non existent.
Bottom line- Lower your expectations before going there, we definitely wonโt be back.
