not recommended for a decent rest after work.

The cleanliness is terrible. The bed had dirty sheets and pillows. I asked for them to be changed, and they just gave me the same dirty sheets. I felt ripped off.

Just don't stay here. The front of the building is collapsing. The owners/staff truly didn't care about my stay. It seemed to be a burden that I was even there. Hotels were booked in the area this week and I had no other options to stay but I will never stay here again. Shower was held together with double stick tape, floors and tub were dirty. I could go on and on. So again, just don't stay here. If you do you will be staying with the constant riff raff that live there.

Good for the price you pay for, staff was friendly and room was clean. Outside location was noisy now and then but wasn't unbearable.

Great Value

I've stayed here three times now. The buildings are a little worn out, but the place is alwasy clean and quiet, and the bed is always comfortable. Staff is friendly. Neighborhood is a little weird (near a couple big gentlemen's clubs) but nothing weird going on in the hotel. It's right off the highway, and is a very good price.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything going on around and above you. Next to a strip club so people are yelling 20 feet from your window until 4am

The location is next to a strip club, the hallways smelt of both tobacco products and marijuana. A guy and I assume his lady friend got into an argument and she locked him out of the room and he screamed outside her door for 10 minutes. I could hear the guy snoring in the next room so the walls are clearly thin. The bathroom door frame was so old the wood was rotten and missing in places and would not stay closed. The floors and walls were dirty and the toilet barely flushed and required several attempts. The bathroom looked so dirty that we didn’t even shower. The area besides the strip club also seemed unsafe and there was many closed down businesses that was boarded up.

Everything was good except there was no shower curtain. And the employee couldnt get me one so I got water everywhere showering. And my key card deactivated while I was taking my belongings to my car to leave. Had to go to the desk to get card reactivated to get the last of my stuff.

Unfortunate experience - disgusting

The stay was awful! The room smelled like burnt soup, the walls had water bubbles in them. I had roaches all over my room. Front desk was okay to deal with. I purchased two nights there, couldn’t get through the second night because it was so disgusting and uncomfortable and left.

Don't Waste Your Money

They entered my room while i was at work even though i had a privacy sign on the door. They ate my food and left crumbs in the bed. Noisy guests prevented me from sleeping since i had to be up at 6am for work!

Would recommend not staying here

Had to switch rooms because the first one had hair and toothpaste in the sink still and the restroom smelled like mildew and when I finally got settled into the second room and went to take a shower before bed the water was ice cold I waited an hour and it was still ice cold and I figured maybe they were just really busy but it was after midnight so I don't know. Then in the morning and there was still no hot water at all. So I had an important meeting without being able to shower. Also the guy who checked me in was very nice and tried to be helpful but this hotel is just not a very good one so there's not that much he could do

My husband is traveling for work so we’ve been staying here for the last few weeks. The cost isn’t bad & the customer service is really good. They have coffee in the lobby. Rooms are cleaned well! The beds are comfortable & clean-even have mattress protectors which is a huge plus! Theres a laundry room with 2 washers & 2 dryers. There are a few cons, but nothing major.. 1) While rooms are supposed to be “smoke free” some guests still smoke in them.. & not just cigarettes. The smell travels & will have the entire hallway smelling like weed. 2) The walls are INCREDIBLY thin, so you can hear a lot! 3) Water pressure sucks. 4) Mini fridges don’t have a freezer spot- makes long stays difficult bc we can’t keep any frozen foods. 5) There is no elevator. 6) Vending machines are in the hallway, which is always warm, so snacks are usually melted. 7) WIFI is spotty. 8) It’s right next door to an exotic dance club & across the street from a sketchy pilot truck stop.. Overall: It’s been a decent place to stay, you just have to take the good with the bad.

I always enjoy this hotel when I come to see my girlfriend in Fort Wayne. We checked in very late but called to make sure they saved our room so we had no issues getting in and to our room. The hotel doesn't offer many amenities but for the price it's still a good deal. The room was very nice as usual only one thing I didn't like about the room was we got a room with the air conditioner not working properly. The cool down button was broke and the air conditioner was stuck on 78. The windows are bolted close so you can't open the window but it wasn't too bad. We did set a wake up call reminder for 10:15 Unfortunately they did not call to wake us up so we woke up late past the checkout time. The manager was there in the morning so I told him that we were not woken up for a wake up reminder which is why we checked out of the room 15 minutes after check out time. He apologized and said no issue and didn't charge us for staying late. Will definitely be back.

It's a good place for the price. Staff is friendly, and the place is clean and quiet. It's a little worn out, but mattress and pillows were good. Location is not great (near some strip clubs) but its right off the highway. I've stayed here several times, and there was never any problem with the location.

Terrible Experience & Worst Customer Service

It was the most terrible service I’ve ever experienced while traveling for business. Nowhere in my reservation did it say that if I didn’t check in before 6pm that my reservation would be canceled but that what happened. I was out doing business so I couldn’t check in and then I got a call from them at 6:10 and called back at 6:20 and they said that they had canceled my reservation and sold it to someone else. When I asked if they could give me another room they said that there was nothing they could do but yet when I would go online the website said they still had rooms available. I would advise anyone to stay anywhere else but here especially if you’re traveling for work!!!

Upon arriving after 6 p.m. I had planned on putting my payment on another card. The woman informed me that she did try to call and that my VM is full-- in a really rude tone -- unbeknownst to her -- it is indeed full... of VMs from my deceased Mom that I still need to listen to regularly to help with the grief. The bathroom floor and walls hadn't been cleaned. The fan let out a smell of smoke, so we couldn't use it. The entire bedroom ceiling had mismatched paint for repairs to the point that it would be best if they threw a coat of the same shade over the whole thing. The burgundy walls had thick dust on them. The laminate flooring in the bedroom area is about to lift in some spots and was stained.

The check in was a fiasco. The front desk lady was totally not helpful. Will not stay here again or recommend. Plus it’s right next to a strip club with shandy patrons trying to talk to me.
