2 night stay - Shuttle service very good, it can be very crowded at peak times. Very busy hotel with many rooms and is practical for business use. The shuttle takes roughly 10/15mins from/ to the terminal.
Boiler broke down first morning being there so no hot water. Television did not work, asked reception to look at it at 9am and when I got back to my room at 7pm, it had not been sorted out. Called again reception who promptly sent somebody up but could not resolve the issue. Was offered to move room but was late so declined. The lady handling this was very nice and friendly.
Checked out early at 4am, the young security guy who was behind reception talking to the staff could do with some manners and be more helpful and less aggressive to guests for no reason whatsoever. He told me to put my key in the box in an aggressive manner. Looked at him and said no as I wanted an invoice ! Another couple were asking for the times for the shuttle buses, once again his tone was rude to them and he just told them to look at a board. He should just stick to be a security guy. If guests are asking for help or have questions then be polite or let the reception staff handle customers! He clearly needs some training on how to speak with people.
