Absolutely disgusting property. Trash everywhere, room a/c didnโt work, room key unlocked every door on the property, exterior doors were broken and unlocked all day and night.

HORRIBLE hotel! Room keys unlocked every door in the building, a/c didnโt work, exterior doors didnโt lock, trash everywhere outside, disgusting breakfast, hotel appears to be under some sort of renovation, but rooms are dated and not clean.

Stayed for 4 nights for work, my room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was good. the only issue was the internet but there was a storm so it was weather-related.

I booked a regular suite for my family that was supposed to have a separate area with a couch, and then the area with two beds. They were put in a handicap room that looked nothing like what had been reserved. Yhe room was also not well cleaned. I wanted my family to have a nice experience because this was supposed to be a stop where they could relax after a long drive, but it didn't turn out that way, which is disappointing.

Avoid this hotel
Had I read the reviews I would have seen the common theme: staff is great, hotel is terrible. I blame myself for trusting the Marriott brand and not reading the reviews, didn't think that was necessary. However, the Marriott SpringHill Suites Richmond North/Glen Allen proved me wrong. The website misrepresented the product.

Terrible!
The hotel was in terrible condition. The first room was not able to have guests. Air not working. Carpet was drenched. Chair was broken and damaged. Fridge was frozen. Bathroom door would not close, broken switchplate. Closet door broken off. We asked for another room. They gave us one that had mold in the bath tub. They lady at the front desk was very nice. The breakfast was not good. Good coffee. The Springhill in Danbury, Connecticut is beautiful with a great breakfast.

Older facility with not so good service
Very old facility and rooms were dirty. Stains on bedsheets and pillow cases and carpets.
Hotel does not honor gold status if you booked thru elsewhere.
Breakfast items were out of stock within first hour. Poor service overall.

Great staff

nice hotel - needs some maintenance.
Hotel staff very friendly. Parking was great. had to go to front desk three times to room serviced. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was in need of repair. Would stay there again. The comfortable beds made up for the issues.

One of the worse hotels we stayed at over the past 20 years.
Issues- lighting not working, old bathroom with some mold in tile bath tub. Yes old bathtub and shower, spotted wall, no tissues, sink faucet very loose,
Canโt believe Marriott puts its name on this hotel.
