I checked in with my dog in tow after booking through this website I say was however I wanted to stay a couple more days so I went to the front desk to ask the lady how much for two more days. Instead of just quoted me the two days. She started to say well you didn't pay your deposit that's $100. You did it mention that you had a dog. That's another $75. I told her I had my ID and debit card out when I checked in with my dog it's leash in my hand with the dog attached to it right behind me. It's not my fault if your co-workers don't do their job properly. So how much for the room she's like well pay me the $175 first and then I'll tell you the second two nights price. Ridiculous customer service.

Itโs OK for the price didnโt expect much. He did say there was a breakfast included coffee is not considered breakfast. Hotel is near renovations and need to do lots of renovations to be better for the hotel smell like cigarette smoke even though itโs no smoking.

Fixer-Upper Surprise
I was confused by the parking lot full of shipping containers and construction materials, but I did find the front desk. Check-in was seamless and smooth. The hotel was obviously under renovation. The room did NOT have a queen bed as stated on the website. It was an old lumpy double.
The sink was dirty, but really why would you clean something that will be redone and needs new lighting?

The original room that was given to me was not ready the maid was still in the room. The 2nd room they gave me smelled like the Trinity River was running through the door entrance.

Flooded room and gross condition
My room flooded from the bathtub. I asked for another room, they gave me one but it also had cracks in the tub and did not have a plug stop. I asked for another room and they didn't give it to me. I asked for a refund, so I could go to a different hotel, but I was denied. Anthony at the front desk was rude and ignored me, which is fine, because I don't pick a hotel based on the front desk person.
Other issues were the room was clearly not cleaned. The cabinets even had old food in them.

Bad experience
First of all I called the hotel to get the shuttle when I arrived DFW airport I was tired, he answered the phone and hung up thatโs why I got taxi, the breakfast is breakfast is big lie, there was no breakfast except coffee.

The hotel was under construction and we walked through the construction site to get to our room. There was no warning or information that this would be the case. The phone in the room did not work, so we could not call the front desk. There were no cups in the room and the airport shuttle was not available even though we signed up the night before for one.

The hotel wasn't too bad, although the room keys did not work very well. Room was standard, don't think I would ever want to stay for an extended amount of time. Staff was not the friendliest and when I checked out, was not allowed to leave luggage in lobby while I contacted Uber. I doubt I will ever stay at this location again. There is too much competition in DFW area and this location doesn't work hard enough to compete

I wasnโt allowed guest. Got kicked out bc I had a guest over. Mind you I was visiting and My guest wasnโt disruptive, did not stay the night, nor stay long.
When I tried to get another night I was kicked out claiming you arenโt allowed to have guests.
Horrible place. HORRIBLE service. Extremely unprofessional.
