10/10 Exceptional

I love the room I stayed last night. The room was very clean and looks amazing
John, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good value for the money in nyc close to train
Had a few wet spots in the bathroom and no hot water to shower with on Sunday around 10am. But the room was quiet and otherwise clean
Steve, 1-night trip

Will stay again!
We had a great experience! Staff was really helpful and the room was clean.
Jodi, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Great walking distance to all the shopping. Great staff but not a huge fan of the room for the price
Nandell, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Price point to high for quality and location of hotel
Adrian C, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great spot for a weekend or overnight stay. A little dated. Advertise breakfast which consists of toast coffee and an apple (I suppose).
Judy, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Clean and basic
Very basic hotel, room was clean, bed comfortable, all staff helpful. Toast and coffee offered every day in the lobby of table and chairs.
Robert, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

We liked it because it was a smaller hotel with less rooms which is less noise. We had an issue with our 1st room and they got us another right away.

Truly a 2 star hotel.

Honestly, for what it was and the price was a great property to stay at. I would stay there again. The staff were super amazing ultra nice and all good vibes.
Duane, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Good location in terms of walk/subway to point of interest. Acceptable for a budget staying.
Rislene, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

Good location close to times square about 15 min walk or so. The room is small but good for 2 people. It's older but if your just staying a night or 2 it's perfect. Staff is nice as well.
David, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Economical place to stay. Walkable from penn station. Easy walk to Bryant park, Rockefeller plaza and time square. Very limited breakfast. Many options nearby. God for my last minute need without breaking the bank.

It was ok

8/10 Very good

Great Location, staff was very accommodating. My only problem with this hotel room was the actual size. Very, very small for a double bed room.
Daniel, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

Just okay
Was okay. Lots if construction in area and tight near entrance/exit of Lincoln Tunnel. Definitely basic, but okay.
Judith, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good spot to stay!
Was perfect for what we needed. Everything was a little outdated and you could see not much up keep. The air unit was broken so it was very cold in there. We only used the room to sleep and get ready so it was perfect for what we needed. All in all though we would stay here again!
Pearce, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Very good for the price! The staff are terrific, and while the room was tiny and could do with some updating, it was clean, comfortable, and as quiet as New York gets during the evening hours. I would stay again.
Sara, 1-night trip

Couldn't beat the location/price on a Saturday night near MSG. If you're in town on a budget and need a place to crash after a show, it's great. Clean room, friendly staff, but room is in solid need of updating. Would stay again if I'm in midtown for a night or two.
Matthew, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

This hotel is in a state of neglect and disrepair. I strongly recommend booking somewhere else if possible.
CHRISTOPHER, 1-night trip

The property wasn’t clean, and the free breakfast was only bread.

Great Location
Edwin, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

A nice hotel just a few blocks away from the bustle of New York. The hotel is small with comfortable rooms with all the facilities you would expect. They have free tea and coffee in the lobby area all day as well which is nice.
Timothy, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Very old and very unsafe

Yikes
My room sure didn't look like the photos, nor did the lobby which made me think I was in the wrong place. Are they under construction? I hope they are because; yikes. There wasn't a single lamp in my room, not a bedside light or desk lamp or even wall sconces. Just full blast overhead halogens with that harsh white/blue light. I get it; it's a budget hotel, but I needed to spend some time working and it was very uncomfortable. It felt like a bad dorm before your mom goes to Target. I could go on but, again, budget hotel so you get what you pay for, but I'll include one photo, which is the desk chair that looks like it was pulled from the alley.
