They cancelled my two night stay because i did not show up on the first day due to flight cancellation. Someone esle booked the room afterward and they did not even give a refund. I have checked the policy in expedia saying that i will only be charged for one night, but they did not follow that policy and did not give any refund. I know i that it would've been better if i made a contact but cancelling like this wasn't something that a hotel with good services would do.
