Just ok

We landed up with a private suite which was nice. However, the beds were very hard, and I found it long, dark hair in my clean towel as well when we went down for breakfast the tables were all dirty as was the counters, and there was nothing left to eat, except two pieces of bread and a bit of cereal.

Breakfast was from 7-9:30. Went at 8:45, no bread for toast, no water in water cooler, no fruit in the bowl. Room was clean but the bed sheets looked like someone already slept on them. Friendly staff but we problem wouldn’t stay there again.

Very very no frill

Great area. Very basic hotel. A few things renovated like carpet. Bed was on the floor, pillows were horrible. Don't forget your toiletries because you will not be given much. Also bring your ear plugs, because you can here everything from outside and from other rooms. Also continental breakfast starts at 7:30, and is gone by 8:15. I would not stay again .

Terrible

This needs major updating, no hot water, mattress was on floor, towels are not big enough to wrap around your body, there was food on floor so this was not cleaned prior to our stay. The complimentary breakfast was toast yogurt, apple, orange, no juice, and half pound of butter in fridge that you could not even spread on your toast, very disappointing.

Solo nightmare un-stay

When I arrived at 10:30 PM I was already a little intimidated travelling solo. I got into the motel and went to check in. The man in front of me was checked in quickly where I had to stand there and field personal questions from the guy checking us in. I had pre booked everything and should have taken seconds to be handed a key. It was frustrating. Then when I went up to my room I opened the door to the bedding tossed everywhere and someone else’s key on the dresser. I quickly returned to the front desk and had to wait for a second key. Then I walked down the hall, into my new room and realized the window was opened, the glass so thin that anyone could have pushed their way in and the sheets and towels while washed were still dirty. There were slashes of things on the bed skirt and between the filth and feeling extremely unsafe I walked out of there, left my key on the empty front desk and left. When I called to check out in the morning the receptionist let me know I had already been checked out on the computer. So this motel took my money for 2 nights and I couldn’t sleep there for even one of the nights. I would recommend this motel to guys who don’t care about cleanliness or safety are looking for a cheap room. I lost $184 to this place.

Hotel staff are approachable, hotel is clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very limited. Only coffee for drink, no tea, juice or water for kids. But there's toast, peanut butter, jam, yogurt, apples and mandarin. Not too bad for the price. Will stay again in the future.

Super 0 Wyndham should be embarrassed!

I showed up at 12:30 (no one behind desk used phone to call them no answer waited and waited for someone to show up)and tried to check in and was told “no check in was at 3” there was 3 vehicles in the parking lot and never asked what room I was in. (Minor) came back at around 4 saw someone who looked like they might work there watched him put his food in the free breakfast fridge and told me to use phone to call someone. Yet again no answer. Finally someone showed up. Asked for id took it printed form told me to sign in 3 spots gave me back id gave me key with a scribble for a wifi password (which I never was able to log in to). He never asked if I was bringing a pet to my pet friendly room or if I needed anything. Got the key and asked how to get to the room because no direction or conversation was had. Got to the room and seemed ok. Looked at the bed when I put my bag down on it and the comforter had stains on it and there was a black hair under the pillow. Went to grab the spare pillow and there was a black stain on it too . Thought to call but no one seems to answer the phones there. Only had 1 coffee pod for the morning but 3 tea pods. Had to blow me nose no Kleenex only toilet paper? Opened up a drawer and there was flyers dated 2024 and 2023 in the drawer. No one around to check me out. Yet again why try a phone that no one answers. I put my card behind the glass and decided to leave my review on line for everyone because no one there is around to listen. Could go on…

Disappointing stay.

Zero customer service. Had to wake the front desk clerk up to check in. Free breakfast included bread, grape jelly, coffee, peach or raspberry yogurt cups and a couple of old, bruised looking apples. Bed was very uncomfortable. No face cloth or hand towels just two bath towels. Shower was nice and hot so that was positive.

Hotel is clean and young lady at front desk at check in was lovely… tv had no remote in room , she was on it! Went out for eve only to return to an asinine fella at front desk…. Went to my room … key wouldn’t open door…. Anyway.. long story short … horrible customer service… sub par accommodations, will likely never stay at a Super 8 again! Salmon Arm location for the record!

Disappointing

There was no coffee or tea or anything in the room. There was no cups in the room to brush your teeth with or have a drink of water with. The breakfast was very slim so slim we opted to go to a restaurant and have breakfast. Very short staffed never anyone at the desk to give you a hand, but it was clean.

Very dirty, mold in fridge. Dirty bedding , after complaining the second room was a bit better than the first but still mold in the fridge, dirty bedding , dusty and feather pillows when I was told there were none. Slept with window wide open all night just to breathe. Worst I have ever seen. Going to try for refund.
