No elevator, seniors had to carry luggage up 20 steps. Continental breakfast was BARE minimum, had to staff to fix grounds in coffee canteen and to bring out some apple juice. Was charged $15 for extra person in double bed room because I missed noting 2 when booking. And still waiting to get my Wyndham points.

Hotel Hell
Room was fiflty,Bad odor throughout hotel,Walls were stained and bathroom was disgusting, fecal matter and stained,bathroom fan made loud noise and couldnt turn it off cause it to,was wired to light switch as T.V. was also wired to bathroom switch.Funiture was trashed,Cabinet door hanging from broken hinge.Couldnt even shut it closed.Absoultly the worst room and hotel I ever stayed at and.payed over 130.00 after taxes and lets not forget the 100.00 room deposit you dont get ack till 3 to 5 business days.

We got a text offering to check in online, so I did. Then when we arrived I had to do the very same thing again- drivers license, credit card & make/ model of vehicle. And it was all prepaid with hotels.com already having all my information anyway! I think $100 deposit for a super 8 is ridiculous!!
And the carpet along the walls & corners were FILTHY.

Looks like nice budget hotel on the outside but stepping inside gives a very different vibe. The property is not taken care of although the front desk clerk was nice everything went downhill after that. We got in late/ early Saturday night/Sunday morning so when I washed my face and had very low water pressure and no hot water didnโt worry me to much. But when I got up Sunday morning to shower there was no hot water. I called the front desk (it was 6:30am) he came to โfix itโ and couldnโt- he was supposed to let management know, I have spoke with the lady who then said to call @ 11, I did and he was horrible to deal with and I will be calling corporate.
Not to mention the shower head and faucet about cane out of the wall when we were trying to get hot water.

My reserved room was not available and down graded. WiFi would not work right. No table to use in room for eating. Have stayed at other super8 and they also did not have table also. Room could use touch up work and deep cleaning. Furniture in room looks like from 80โs. The casino next door was not that much more money!
