Booking was easy, check in was good. Phone in room was broken, blood stains on pillows and comforter, bath mats need to be requested at front desk, tub was slippery with aweful water pressure. Front desk walked me through a early check out the evening before I left as I had to catch a flight at 4 am, they let me prepay and advised me that the front desk would be closed and I can just leave at my convenience and make sure the door locked behind me and the key cards would automatically deactivate at 11 am. Got off the plane to messages via text and voicemail that my unregistered guest vehicle was going to be towed and unregistered guest is still in the room and I am to call them immediately. Voicemail was rude and unprofessional and accusatory. I was the only guest that stayed and my friend who visited did not bring their vehicle. When I called they advised me that I could ignore the messages, and had to press them for confirmation that my room was fine. And was told ohhh it wasn’t me who called. Expected more of an explanation and an apology for the mix up or mistake. This was a aweful stay and could have been in a nicer hotel for the same price point.
