I recommend that Motel 6 take several steps to improve the guest experience, including thoroughly cleaning rooms, checking behind doors for any items left by previous guests, and repainting tubs where needed. Additionally, the property should ensure that all non working vehicles are towed, trash is regularly removed especially from the front of the property and stairwells are kept clean. Installing a working ice machine and and it should be common courtesy to offer fresh towels to guests staying multiple nights, such as three or more. I also requested a king room with a refrigerator and did not receive one; honoring simple room preferences, especially for My6 members, would reflect better service and appreciation for loyal customers.

The room was completely nasty, the beds were humid, the AC machine was dirty and very noisy. The smell was horrible. I didn't dare to shower there and left as soon as possible.

The rooms are what you'd expect. Simple, no frills. The bed is somewhat comfortable. There was a slight smell to everything. The condition of the hotel is just this side of disrepair. I would not have stayed here if I hadn' thad to make last minute reservation.

The photos on the website did NOT depict the actual room aesthetics, cleanness, decor. Unacceptable. There was cigarette burns on the bed comforter. We did not stay the night - we checked out after being there only 3 hours. Actually we should have requested a refund. Would NOT recommend this hotel.

If you cannot find any other place to stay, then this is fine. Front desk gentleman was kind and efficient in checking us in, it is close to the airport, TV worked, and it was cheap, but the place if fairly run down - room hasn't been painted in about 15 years, holes in the walls, floor was buckling, shower dripped all the time, there was a clear gap around the door to the outside (all doors open to the outside, there are no door to an interior corridor), sheets had multiple stains, mattress should have been replaced a while ago, and the shower/tub surround was literally pealing away.

Property lost power before I arrived but refused to cancel the booking or refund my payment for two rooms. They explained there would be no lights, power, phones, or heat until the next day, during a blizzard.

It was 25ยฐ out and when I entered my room, the heater had clearly not been turned on in days. I slept in my coat, shivering, as it took all night to heat the room. Dirtiest hotel I've even stayed in. I would have been better off sleeping on the floor in the airport.

Completely awful. I showed up and all the power in all of the rooms was off, the person checking people in was sitting there in the dark with his phone light on to see, and doors of random rooms were just sitting there ajar, swinging. There were a couple random people wandering around outside, and like 4 of the 15 cars in the lot had serious damage. I was in complete disbelief. My uber driver and I looked at each other and he immediately pulled the car out, while I booked a new place and spent the night there. I don't know if I caught them on, like, the worst night they've had in years or if this is at all normal. But that was possibly the most suspicious "hotel" building I've ever pulled up to in a car. I will be pursuing a refund. Do not stay here.

Didnt get the type of room paid for. No towels or soap in room. Shower coating peeling off. Holes from water damage around the toilet. Just felt like the room was used as an hourly rental. Never have had a room in such disrepair
