Blood stained sheets. Air in room did not work well. Rooms jad patcjed paint. Elevators scratched up on inside and missing light panel. I expected better based on the pics provided. In the heart of downtown but highly dissappointed. Last time our family will stay here again. Spend some money for the upkeep!!!

Needs updated
The lobby is welcoming, and the staff are friendly. The restaurant also offers plenty of great food and drink options. Unfortunately, once you head upstairs, the experience changes. The rooms feel outdated, with a noticeable mildew smell and cleanliness concerns. The phones didnโt work, the WiFi was unreliable, and the bathrooms are very smallโmore like what youโd expect in a roadside motel. The hallway carpet was also in poor condition.
Weโve stayed here for years before cruises and havenโt noticed a single upgrade in that time, which is disappointing given the price point. For what we paid, we expected a more comfortable, well-maintained stay.

Cruise time!
Stayed here before. No issues. Could use some updating, but for the price, all is good. Cruise port shuttle was private and cost more than quoted. Hallways smelled of mildew, but I assume thatโs part of being so close to the ocean and amount of humidity in the air.

If there was a zero option I would give it zero.
The hotel was a disaster. It took me several tries just to get my room key to work . Once in the room me and my guest didnโt have enough towels and face cloths. Went to use the vending machine and it was not working. I asked for a non-smoking room and was given a room that smelled like smoke and the room wasnโt very clean.

Bad experience with cleaning and parking
They didn't offer valet parking, although they claimed they were full. I asked them what they recommended for parking our vehicle, but I wasn't sure about the information they gave us. Regarding cleaning, the bathtub had long, red hairs and the bed was stained with blood. The caunter guys were super nice. The hotel isn't in great condition, but the price is reasonable, but the cleanliness is unjustifiable.

This place needs work!!!
When first coming to the hotel there was a foul odor in the lobby that smelled of an old carpet. Went to room 320 and killed my first roach in the bathroom sink. I know the hotel is in need of an upgrade but roaches?!?!? Then I killed about 2 more roaches before I went downstairs to complain and I was then given a different room that was cleaner and bigger for a family of four. It was terrible!!!! It was ok for a night and thatโs all we needed for our pre-cruise layover. Will I stay here again? NOOOOO!!

This use to be our favorite place to stay when cruising out of Miami. I have recommended it to many many people. We last stayed 2020. We will not stay again. The toilets have not been brushed since idk when. The room door locks rarely worked. We stay 1 night and had to get new keys twice. Staff was good, but cleanliness and old doors and 2 star look, killed it for me.

Parking was nil, front desk had poor attitude when i called, bathroom was unclean, ice machine down, no coffe for the keurig, a/c never moved after adjusting temp, tp didn't seem to be updated from previous guest.
