The hotel is in good condition, clean, comfortable, good location close to several amenities. What really stood out though is the service. It’s the first time we felt like we’ve had such “personal” service in a hotel in Canada. We were receiving texts asking about our stay and felt like any issue could have been resolved (although we didn’t have any). Certainly recommend!

Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was awesome with just the right amount of options for our family. The room was clean but the bathroom was small. It also has a bit of a musty smell to it and the temperature in the room felt odd because it got warm at different times of the night. The pool/hot tub was just right and we appreciate the regular cleaning. We also appreciate how well lighted the parking was. Our family definitely enjoyed our staycation.
