I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Nanjing Road. The hotel's location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Shanghai, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions. Whether you're here for business or leisure, you can't ask for a more convenient base. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service I received from Kai at the concierge desk. He went above and beyond in helping me coordinate several Taobao deliveries during my stay. Thanks to his efficiency and attention to detail, retrieving my packages was completely seamless and stress-free. It made my stay that much more enjoyable and hassle-free. Awesome property, this was the second hotel in my Shanghai trip and I can tell you, comparing with the first hotel we stayed this hotel is fabulous! Super well located, spacious room, well maintained and new property, super friendly staff and they also communicate very well in English.
